Aftershave Balm

Intended for hydration + relief/treatment after shaving.

Great for moisture, relief + prevention of razor burn/bumps plus relief + treatment of shaving nicks/cuts.

As you shave, the razor glides over your skin and gently exfoliates skin. Aftershave is very important to nourish the skin after you just removed the dead cells and exposed a softer layer of skin. Our aftershave balm will moisturize and soothe the skin immediately and then last throughout the day.  It seems odd to use a semi-solid balm as an aftershave but after you try it, you will never go back to water-based or alcohol-based aftershave.

Use the back of a fingernail to scrape off a dollop of balm. Use your fingers to warm and apply the salve/balm to affected areas and work the salve/balm into the skin.

Ingredients: Cold Pressed Sweet Almond Oil, Expeller Pressed Avocado Oil, Shea Butter, Beeswax, Vitamin E, Menthol, Peppermint Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Why is beeswax such an important ingredient?

The beeswax is instrumental in delivering and keeping the goods into the skin.  The rich shea butter, sweet almond oil plus vitamin E are crucial to hydrating the skin and promoting wound healing, cell reconstruction and collagen production.   The beeswax delivers and seals those ingredients.  When applied to the skin, beeswax forms a protective barrier that will not clog pores but will help protect it from environmental factors while holding in moisture and reducing dryness.  Beeswax has antibacterial properties which help keep your skin clear of blemishes and bacteria free and because of its anti-inflammatory properties, beeswax has been found to help encourage the healing of wounds.
